Welcome to Apex Theory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our 
website (apextheory.shop) and any purchases made through it. By accessing our site 
or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

jurisdiction, to place an order on this site. By using this site, you confirm 
that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Pricing
All products are made to order via print-on-demand production. Product images 
are representative — actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and 
print production. We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, 
and descriptions at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in USD unless 
otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we reserve the 
right to accept or decline for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing 
errors, or inventory/production issues. Payment is processed at the time of 
order through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods listed 
at checkout.

4. Discounts & Promotions
Promotional offers (including multi-item discounts) are valid only during the 
stated period and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. 
Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, applied retroactively to 
past orders, or redeemed for cash.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping, as items are 
printed to order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not 
guaranteed — delays due to carrier issues, customs (for international orders), or 
production volume are outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer 
upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Refund Policy governs returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility and is

All designs, graphics, logos, product images, and site content are the property 
of Apex Theory and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially 
without written permission. Purchasing a product grants you no rights to the 
underlying design beyond personal use of the physical item.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized 
access to our systems, to submit false or fraudulent orders, or to interfere with 
the site's normal operation.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Theory is not liable for any 
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site 
or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to 
the amount you paid for the applicable order.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Apex Theory harmless from any claims, damages, or 
expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes 
are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to 
conflict of law principles.
